Peace In War wants every order to meet your expectations. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, this policy explains the conditions for returning an item and how the refund process works. Read through this before submitting a request so you know what qualifies and what to expect.
Peace In War accepts return requests when the following conditions are met. The request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. All original tags, packaging and accessories must be included. The product must have been purchased directly from the Peace In War store. Items that are worn, washed, damaged, altered or missing original packaging may not qualify for a return.
Returns may be accepted when you received an incorrect item, when the product arrived damaged or defective, when the wrong size was sent due to a Peace In War error or when the product has an issue covered under the return guidelines. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact the team as soon as possible with photos and your order details.
Contact the Peace In War team through the contact page within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, customer name, product details, reason for return and photos of the item if the issue is visible. Wait for return approval and instructions before sending anything back. Ship the item according to the instructions provided. Once Peace In War receives and inspects the returned item, the refund or replacement will be processed.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect, defective or damaged due to a Peace In War error. Original shipping fees are non refundable unless the return is caused by an error on the Peace In War side. Use a trackable shipping service when returning items so you have proof of delivery. Peace In War is not responsible for items lost during return shipping without tracking.
Once the return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days. The refund goes back to the original payment method used during checkout. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed. You can check the status of your order at any time through the order tracking page.
Partial refunds may be considered when items are returned with missing packaging or tags, when products show signs of use or when items are not returned in their original condition. The Peace In War team will let you know if a partial refund applies before processing anything.
Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or refunded. Gift cards are non refundable. Products that have been worn, washed or damaged after delivery are not eligible. Items returned without prior approval from the Peace In War team will not be accepted.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact the Peace In War team through the contact page within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the issue and a short description of the problem. The team will review the request and provide the best possible solution.
